A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

Make sure to drop off your wig at least 2-3 days prior (WITH YOUR NAME ON IT) or a $40 extra fee will be charged at the time of your appt

l accept Cash, Cashapp, and Zelle. All other forms of payment will not be accepted.

All no call-no shows will be charged 50% of their total.

Please be on time. A 10 minute grace period will be given.
After that, you will be charged a $25 late fee.

Avoid direct sunlight/moist situations right after you get your lace installed
​
DO NOT wear lace band all day! You need to let your lace breathe.
​
oily skin is always a down fall for installs! if you have oily skin please be very cautious on how you handle your lace!
​
Always wear a silk scarf over your ears when you put it behind your ears it exposes your ear tabs possibly causing it to lift. For extra protection you can always wear wrap it also but do not wear all day!
